Requirements

Three-year relevant qualification in Human Resource Management. One to two years' functional HR management services experience. Valid driver's licence. Knowledge of labour legislation, departmental policies, HR systems, Public Service Act and regulations, and Batho Pele. Communication, conflict management, analytical, reporting, computer, supervisory and organisational skills.

Duties

Render recruitment and selection services. Process and approve service benefits. Provide and monitor termination of service at provincial level. Monitor establishment, implementation of HR policies and salary payments.
