Requirements

Three-year qualification in Labour Relations Management, BCom Law or LLB. No experience required. Valid driver's licence. Knowledge of departmental policies and labour legislation, including skills development, labour relations, employment conditions, unemployment insurance and employment equity. Facilitation, planning, computer, interpersonal, problem-solving, interviewing, analytical and communication skills.

Duties

Conduct occupational and proactive blitz inspections for labour legislation compliance. Investigate reported contraventions and enforce legislation where necessary. Conduct advocacy campaigns. Assist with inspection plans, reports and statistics on allocated cases.
