Requirements

Four-year B-Psych degree or Honours in Psychology or Industrial Psychology. HPCSA registration as a Registered Counsellor or Psychometrist (independent practice). Experience: Grade 1: 0 years; Grade 2: 8 years; Grade 3: 16 years. Knowledge of relevant labour, public service and health professions legislation, financial and HR management. Planning, communication, computer, analytical, presentation, interpersonal, reporting, leadership and networking skills.

Duties

Provide technical support to labour centres for employment counselling. Manage work seeker referrals to employment services and labour market interventions. Coordinate employment and career information dissemination and psychometric assessments. Manage relationships with relevant organisations. Supervise administrative personnel.
