Requirements

Three-year tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management and driver's licence. Two years' supervisory experience and two years' functional experience in HR and Employment Relations services. Knowledge of public service transformation, HR systems, recruitment, relevant legislation, departmental policies, Batho Pele and information security standards. Administration, financial and project management, communication, computer, analytical, problem-solving, conflict and people management skills.

Duties

Coordinate and monitor provincial HR management policies. Monitor and advise on Employee Relations policies and prescripts. Manage Employment Equity programmes and monitor service benefits administration. Manage staff and Sub-directorate resources.
