Requirements

SAQA-recognised NQF Level 6 undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or Public Management. Two years' functional experience in human resource management. Driver's licence advantageous. Knowledge of PFMA, PSR, PSA, LRA, EEA, PSCBC and CCMA procedures and Batho Pele principles. Negotiation, people management, problem-solving, presentation, planning, organising, communication, computer literacy and report writing skills.
