Requirements

SAQA-recognised NQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resources Management. PERSAL Certificate in Personnel Administration. Two years' functional experience in Service Benefits and Recruitment and Selection and two years' supervisory experience in HR Operations. Knowledge of skills development, public service HR development, management practices, public service rules, Batho Pele, PFMA, DEL policies and information systems. Management, communication, report writing, interviewing, training, mentoring, project and quality management, interpersonal and MS Office skills.

Duties

Ensure efficient and effective recruitment practices. Facilitate accurate and timely processing and approval of service benefits. Administer and oversee Permanent Incapacity Leave and Ill-Health Retirement (PILIR) processes.
