Requirements

SAQA-recognised NQF Level 6 undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management, Public Management or Employee Relations. Four years' experience: two in HR Management and Employee Relations and two at Senior Practitioner level. Driver's licence advantageous. Knowledge of public service transformation, HR systems and procedures, recruitment, relevant legislation and policies, Batho Pele, information security and PERSAL. Communication, computer literacy, presentation, report writing, planning, financial management, policy analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Duties

Coordinate and monitor provincial HR management policy implementation. Monitor and advise on Employment Relations policies and prescripts. Coordinate Employment Equity programmes. Monitor service benefits administration. Manage divisional human, financial and equipment/assets resources.
