Requirements

Four-year B-Psych degree or Honours degree in Psychology or Industrial Psychology. Grade 1: no experience; Grade 2: eight years; Grade 3: sixteen years. HPCSA registration as Psychometrist/Registered Counsellor (Independent practice). Valid driver's licence. Knowledge of ILO, financial and HR management and relevant public service, skills development, unemployment insurance, health professions, employment equity, COIDA and POPI legislation. Planning, communication, computer, analytical, presentation, interpersonal, report writing, leadership and networking skills.

Duties

Provide technical support to labour centres for employment counselling. Manage work-seeker referrals to employment services and active labour market interventions. Coordinate employment and career information dissemination and psychometric assessments. Establish and manage relationships with relevant organisations. Supervise administrative personnel.
