Requirements

Grade 12 and National Diploma in Public Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Management, Management or equivalent. At least 3 years' experience in strategic planning or monitoring and evaluation in government. Valid driver's licence. Knowledge of government planning cycles, related policies, research, indicators and performance information. Computer literacy, report writing, communication, analytical and coordination skills.

Duties

Arrange, coordinate and facilitate planning workshops and stakeholder feedback. Gather, analyse and verify planning information from branches and provinces. Coordinate development of Annual Performance Plans and Branch Annual Operational Plans, aligned to the Strategic Plan and MTDP. Support review and realignment of plans considering resources and performance trends. Assist with departmental planning guidelines and provide technical support to provinces developing Integrated Operational Plans.
