Requirements

Three-year NQF Level 6 tertiary qualification in Public Management/Administration, Auditing, Law, B Com Law or B Com Auditing. Four years' experience: two in a Board and Committees environment and two at supervisory level. Knowledge of PFMA, public-sector corporate governance protocols, handbook on appointments to state boards, Companies Act, UIA, UICA, LRA, PSA and PSR. Financial management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, planning, organising, computer literacy and report writing skills.

Duties

Research governance developments and best practices. Facilitate corporate practices in the Fund and review and approval of committee charters/terms of reference. Quality assure quarterly Board and committee validation reviews. Facilitate annual Board and committee evaluations. Manage Sub-Directorate resources.
