Requirements

NQF Level 6 qualification in Business or Public Administration/Management, Operations, Accounting or Finance. Two years' functional experience in client services, claims processing operations or insurance. Knowledge of UIA, UICA, departmental/UIF policies, operations systems, Batho Pele and POPIA. Communication, computer, problem-solving and organisational skills.

Duties

Provide unemployment insurance services to customers. Perform quality assurance and follow up on applications. Administer UI claims and processing services. Supervise human, financial and equipment/assets resources.
