Requirements

SAQA-recognised NQF Level 6 undergraduate qualification in HR Management/Development, Training and Development, Management of Training, Public Management or Industrial and Organisational Psychology. Two years' functional experience in HR development, training or performance management services. Driver's licence advantageous. Knowledge of public service and labour laws, PFMA, HRD policies, PERSAL, skills development, POPIA, project and diversity management and OD-ETDP.

Duties

Coordinate provincial HR development initiatives and Performance Management System implementation. Implement internship and learnership programmes. Coordinate and facilitate orientation and induction. Manage divisional human, financial and equipment/assets resources. Three-year contract.
