Requirements

Three-year National Diploma (NQF 6), bachelor's degree (NQF 7) or three-year legal qualification in the listed management, accounting, HR, labour relations, social science, engineering, administration, operations or project management fields. Five years' experience: two at Assistant Director level and three functional years in labour market operations/service delivery. Valid driver's licence. Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, supply chain and asset management, labour legislation, departmental policies, Public Service Regulations and Batho Pele. Management, communication, leadership, project and change management skills.

Duties

Manage service delivery objectives in accordance with the Department of Employment and Labour's mandate. Represent the Department in key stakeholder activities; remaining duties are cut off.
