Requirements

Three-year relevant qualification in Labour Relations, BCom Law or LLB. No experience required. Valid driver's licence. Knowledge of departmental policies and labour legislation. Facilitation, planning, computing, interpersonal, problem-solving, interviewing, analytical and verbal and written communication skills.

Duties

Conduct occupational and proactive blitz inspections to ensure labour legislation compliance. Investigate reported contraventions and enforce legislation. Conduct advocacy campaigns. Assist with inspection plans, reports and statistics on allocated cases.
