Requirements

NQF Level 6 undergraduate qualification in Social Sciences, Public Administration or Management, Development Studies, Public Policy or Social Security Administration recognised by SAQA. Five years' experience: two in Research and Policy Development and three at Assistant Director level. Knowledge of policy analysis, development and management, research, quality and project management, BCEA and LRA. Skills in report writing, research methodology, communication, presentations, planning, conflict and diversity management; proficiency in MS Office and statistical software such as SPSS.

Duties

Monitor UIF policy development and review processes. Manage research studies and the Sub-Directorate's human, financial and equipment/assets resources.
