Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent. No experience required. Knowledge of PERSAL, HR information systems, registry duties, data capture, computer operation, Public Service legislative framework and storage and retrieval procedures. Communication, computer literacy, creativity, presentation, report writing, time management, organising, planning and problem-solving skills.

Duties

Implement HR administration practices for recruitment and selection and conditions of service, including leave, housing, medical benefits, injury on duty, recognition, overtime, relocation, pensions, allowances and PILIR. Facilitate performance management and address HR administration enquiries.
