Requirements

SAQA-recognised NQF Level 6 undergraduate qualification in HR Management/Development, Training and Development, Management of Training, Public Management or Industrial and Organisational Psychology. Two years' functional experience in HR Management, Training and Development or Performance Management Services. Driver's licence advantageous. Knowledge of PSA, PSR, PFMA, HR development policies, PERSAL, SDA, SDLA, LRA, BCEA, EEA and POPIA. Communication, computer literacy, people/project management, presentation, report writing, time management, design, development, planning and problem-solving skills.

Duties

Coordinate provincial Human Resource Development initiatives and Performance Management System implementation. Implement internship, learnership and induction programmes. Manage divisional human, financial and equipment/assets resources.
