Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent. No experience required. Knowledge of PERSAL, HR information systems, registry duties, data capture, public service legislation and record storage/retrieval. Communication, computer, creative, presentation, reporting, time management, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Duties

Implement HR administration practices for recruitment and selection. Implement conditions of service, including leave, housing, medical benefits, allowances, pension and PILIR. Facilitate performance management and address HR administration enquiries.
