Requirements

Grade 12 certificate. Post-matric qualification and relevant administrative experience are advantageous. Knowledge of administrative and public service procedures, procurement policies, financial management and supply chain procedures. Microsoft Office literacy, communication, report-writing, interpersonal, planning and organising skills. Ability to analyse information and work independently, in a team and under pressure.

Duties

Provide administrative and logistical support, register correspondence, copy and distribute documents, manage records, petty cash requests and office stock. Arrange travel and handle claims. Maintain filing systems and Microsoft Teams folders, upload evidence and support and train electronic filing users. Maintain inventory registers and stakeholder training databases. Assist with finances, procure goods and services, prepare quarterly procurement reports and ensure timely orders and invoice payments.
