Requirements

Three-year qualification in Social Science (Psychology or Industrial Psychology), Public Administration, Business Management or Public Management. Two years' functional experience in a client-orientated environment. Valid driver's licence. Knowledge of Employment Service, Unemployment Insurance, Public Service and Immigration Acts. Planning, communication, computer, analytical, presentation, interpersonal, reporting, leadership, networking, negotiation and marketing skills.

Duties

Market PES services and recruit, select, refer and place registered work seekers. Process International Cross Border Labour Migration requests and advise on skills availability. Process Public Employment Agency and Temporary Employment Schemes registrations. Supervise work seeker registration and referral and employer services. Monitor employment schemes, Labour Activation Programme projects and Temporary Relief Schemes.
