Requirements

NQF Level 7 qualification/degree in Risk Management, Governance and Compliance, Operational Management, Quality Management or relevant equivalent recognised by SAQA. Minimum three years at Assistant Director/Middle Management level in governance and compliance. Training certificate in Business Process Management or related training. Knowledge of policy coordination, business process analysis and mapping, quality management/assurance, stakeholder engagement, benchmarking and research.

Duties

Coordinate governance frameworks and performance improvement initiatives. Review governance structures and provide operational and secretariat support to the Governance and Compliance Committee. Advise on policies, business processes and SOPs using a risk-based approach. Maintain policy, SOP and process registers and monitor compliance. Identify process reengineering opportunities with business units and IT. Facilitate quality standards, terms of reference and charters. Process oversight recommendations and support enterprise project administration, resource management and compliance.
