Requirements

Grade 12 and National Diploma in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, Public Management or equivalent. At least 3 years' experience in monitoring and evaluation, research or strategic planning. Valid driver's licence and ability to travel. Knowledge of government monitoring and evaluation systems, policies, research methodology, Treasury regulations and performance auditing. Computer literacy, analytical, reporting, communication and project management skills.

Duties

Coordinate organisational performance monitoring and reporting against predetermined objectives. Verify quarterly performance information and provide feedback to programmes. Support planning and develop monitoring frameworks, guidance and systems. Compile quarterly, mid-year, annual and ad hoc reports. Coordinate performance audit requests and management responses. Train branches in performance auditing, reporting and management of supporting evidence.
