Requirements

Three-year relevant qualification in BPROC, LLB or BCOM Law. Valid driver's licence. One year's functional experience in a legal/compliance environment. Knowledge of public service transformation, Public Service Act and regulations, Treasury Regulations, departmental policies, corporate governance and skills development legislation. Facilitation, planning, computer literacy, interpersonal, problem-solving, interviewing, presentation, analytical and communication skills.

Duties

Independently administer employment law non-compliance matters referred to Statutory Services. Assist the Assistant Director with IES enforcement processes and Statutory Services strategy. Support inspector capacity-development programmes in the province. Compile unit statistics.
