Requirements

SAQA-recognised NQF Level 6 undergraduate qualification in Human Resource Management or Labour Relations Management. Two years' functional Employment Relations Management experience. Driver's licence advantageous. Knowledge of PSC complaints/grievance rules, PSCBC resolutions, labour case law, PFMA, PSR, PSA, LRA, EEA and PSCBC/CCMA procedures. Negotiation, people management, problem-solving, planning, communication, computer, reporting, conflict and research skills.

Duties

Analyse employee grievances and complaints. Draft charges and finalise provincial misconduct cases. Represent the Department in GPSSBC and CCMA disputes. Conduct advocacy on employment matters and provide section administrative support. Three-year contract.
