Requirements

National Diploma (NQF 6) in Office Management, Public Administration or relevant related qualification recognised by SAQA. At least 1 year's executive support and office administration experience. Knowledge of procurement, Public Service Act, PFMA, Treasury Regulations, records and diary management, minute-taking and document management. Good communication, coordination, organising and MS Office skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Duties

Provide secretarial support, maintain document registers, liaise with stakeholders, manage diaries and allocate and track EDMS workflows. Manage filing and incoming and outgoing correspondence. Ensure procurement compliance and follow up supplier payments with SCM. Support budget management, petty cash, monthly financial reporting, travel claims and compilation of BAS payments.
