Requirements

Grade 12 and National Diploma in Management, Records Management, Security Management (NQF Level 6) or related equivalent. At least 1 year of relevant experience. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively. Knowledge of information security, records management and minimum information standards. Communication, facilitation, report writing, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Duties

Control document and information management; implement information security in terms of MISS. Monitor information movement and controlled access. Implement security policies and develop procedures. Classify sensitive information and ensure secrecy declarations. Conduct security audits, after-hours and registry inspections; report incidents. Facilitate communication security through SSA. Conduct security awareness, induction and audit feedback sessions. Develop awareness materials and information security plans.
