Requirements

Senior Certificate/Grade 12. No experience required. Knowledge of Works Control System, BAS, PFMA, Treasury Regulations, financial administration, state budgeting systems and LOGIS. Numeracy, accounting, organisational, interpersonal, diplomacy, problem-solving, communication and computer literacy skills.

Duties

Register, file, update and follow up job cards and resolve related queries. Assist with ordering workshop materials and equipment. Capture and retrieve correspondence and data, maintain registers, photocopy and distribute documents. Maintain query registers, address complaints and provide feedback. Arrange meetings, logistics and minutes. Capture expenditure, check travel claims and handle telephone accounts and petty cash.
