Requirements

Three-year tertiary qualification (NQF 6)/National Diploma in Public Administration or related field. Relevant work experience. Knowledge of procurement and tender regulations, occupational health and safety, Labour Relations Act and PFMA. Numeracy, interpersonal, advisory, supervisory, administrative, organisational, computer, analytical, problem-solving, communication and report writing skills.

Duties

Order and distribute cleaning materials and equipment, prepare requisitions, capture LOGIS requests and manage stock. Administer cleaning schedules and client requests, monitor staff and contractors and allocate uniforms. Support budgeting, invoice verification, client complaints and service-level agreement implementation. Supervise staff, manage correspondence and reports, provide audit information and organise meetings and workshops.
