Requirements

Three-year tertiary qualification (NQF 6)/National Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field. Relevant HR recruitment experience and valid driver's licence. Knowledge of recruitment practices, Public Service Act and Regulations, Employment Equity Act, PERSAL, employment conditions, PFMA and remuneration codes. Supervisory, advisory, administrative, computer, analytical, communication and report writing skills.

Duties

Facilitate advertising, recruitment and selection. Process staff requisitions, draft advertisements, maintain applications and applicant profiles, invite shortlisted candidates and represent HR at interviews. Communicate offers, verify qualifications and prepare appointment letters. Compile and maintain HR plans and assessments, promote employment equity and legislative compliance. Supervise staff, allocate duties, ensure quality and manage performance, discipline and development.
