Requirements

ABET Level 4, Standard 8 or Grade 10. Minimum 1 to 6 months' relevant semi-skilled manual labour experience. Driver's licence advantageous. Knowledge of building maintenance, infrastructure policies, building laws, relevant procedures, tool storage and equipment operation. Good communication, administration, planning and problem-solving skills. Must be disciplined and work across all campuses/sites.

Duties

Maintain and inspect office buildings. Attend to minor electrical, plumbing and carpentry problems. Maintain and repair furniture and equipment. Clean and safely store tools and supplies, report defects and perform duties according to instructions and the OHS Act.
