Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Senior certificate (or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate experience in Personnel administration. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Good computer (MS Word and Excel), numeracy and mathematical skills. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team context. Knowledge of Human Resource prescripts in Public Service. Ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines.

Duties

Provide an efficient personnel and salary administrative function. Assist with recruitment and selection process. Provide an effective support function to Supervisor. Handle a variety of personnel, written and telephonic enquiries. Audit personnel, pension and leave files. Maintain effective record keeping.
