Requirements

An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management/Labour Relations Management as recognised by SAQA. Driver's License will be an added advantage. Two (2) years must be functional experience in Employment Relations Management environment. Knowledge: Public Service Commission's rules for dealing with complaints and grievances. Public Service Coordinating Bargaining Council resolutions. Interpretation of case law and trends in Labour Law. Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). Public Service Regulations (PSR). Public Service Act (PSA). Labour Relations Act (LRA). Employment Equity Act (EEA). PSCBC and CCMA procedures. Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA). Skills: Negotiation. People
