Requirements

Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification). Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics; Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service; working procedures in terms of the working environment. Skills in the following: Numeracy; Literacy; Computer Literacy; Job Knowledge; Communication; Interpersonal relations; Flexibility; Teamwork; Computer; Planning and organisation; Language; Good verbal and written communication skills.

Duties

Render general clerical administrative support in planning processes; Provide clerical administrative support for service delivery; Render clerical support for reporting and performance information processes; Render general clerical administrative support for logistical and logistical services.
