Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: An appropriate national diploma (NQF 6) or equivalent in Public Relations Management or Public Administration or Communications with competencies that focus on the Key Performance Areas (KRA’s) of the post. Experience: Appropriate experience in interpersonal communication in a health- or social service setting. Experience in development, coordination and implementation of quality improvement plans/ initiatives/ activities to support better outcomes. Appropriate practical application of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) in work activities. Inherent requirements of the job: A valid driver’s license (Code B/EB) and willingness to conduct outreach and engagement with communities, patients, families and ecosystem health partners. Duties

Coordinate and maintain Client Quality: Complaints, Compliments and Suggestions function of the facility. Coordinate and maintain a Real-Time Patient Engagement process and the prevention and mitigation of risks. Coordinate Patient Experience and Related Surveys and feedback processes. Support Information coordination functions. Perform Front Line Duties and Relief Support. Provide effective line management, supervision and people management of staff reporting to the Liaison Officer.
