Requirements
National Diploma (NQF Level 6) / Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology. 3-5 years’ experience at Assistant Director level (Junior Management) within Human Resource Administration in the public sector. PERSAL Certificate (Introduction to PERSAL/Personnel Administration). A valid driver’s license. Knowledge and skills. Duties
Develop, implement and review human resource administration policies, strategies, and procedures. Manage recruitment and selection services. Manage basic conditions of employment. Manage human resource registry. Manage resources (Human/Equipment/Assets).
