Manage the coordination of parliamentary services-Develop and implement systems and processes to coordinate parliamentary and governance matters; Coordinate all interactions between the Department, its entities and Parliament; Manage relationships with parliamentary committees, Members of Parliament, parliamentary support staff and other relevant stakeholders; Coordinate the preparation, quality assurance and submission of parliamentary questions, replies, briefing notes, presentations and other parliamentary documents; Facilitate the attendance and participation of the Executive Authority and departmental officials in parliamentary committee meetings, hearings, oversight visits and other parliamentary engagements; Ensure departmental representation at parliamentary events and official engagements; 99 Monitor compliance with parliamentary procedures, protocols, reporting requirements and
