Duties

Manage Governance Structures, Parliamentary and Stakeholder Coordination- Manage the implementation of governance and transformation initiatives in support of the department's strategic objectives; Coordinate the functioning of governance structures, committees and forums within the office of the Director- General; Coordinate FOSAD Cluster activities, governance forums and institutional policy coordination processes; Manage parliamentary liaison services, including the coordination of parliamentary questions, committee responses, briefing notes and submissions; Monitor the implementation of decisions and resolutions arising from governance structures and provide progress reports; Develop and implement governance systems, procedures and standard operating processes to strengthen institutional governance; Coordinate stakeholder engagement and institutional governance initiatives with relev
