Requirements
Minimum educational qualification: Basic R425 qualification (i.e. diploma/degree in nursing) or equivalent qualification (R683 plus R254) that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse. OR A 4-year bachelor’s degree in nursing (R174) or equivalent qualification (R683 plus R1497 or R171 plus R1497) that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse. (This dispensation is only applicable for posts of Clinical Programme Coordinator where it is an inherent requirement of the post, incumbent to maintain registration with the SANC). Duties
Ensure implementation, coordination, governance, monitoring and evaluation of the Sub-District District Chronic, rehabilitation, eyecare, mental health, HAST and Community Based services and strategies. Support the implementation of Mental health, rehab, eye care, chronic health, infectious diseases and HIV/AIDS/STI/TB services, establish linkages with integrated management of conditions and life stages Support the internal and external interface strengthening with the focus on the COPC Model. Monitor and evaluate programme goals and targets including the collection, validation and interpretation of statistical data.
