Requirements

Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification). Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Performance Management and Development System (PMDS), and all other performance related Directives, Resolutions; Probation Management; Public Service Act and Regulations; DPSA Performance Management prescripts and frameworks; PERSAL and PERMIS systems; Labour relations principles as they relate to performance; Records management and reporting requirements; WCG governance and compliance requirements.
