Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate experience of Human Resources (i.e. Salary Administration, Service Conditions, Personnel Management, Performance Management, HRD, labour relations and Recruitment and Selection). Appropriate experience in PERSAL. Inherent requirement of the job: Willingness to work overtime when required. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer skills: MS office packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and PERSAL. Knowledge and experience to the duties and responsibilities of a Human Resource section. Knowledge of applicable policies, legislation, guidelines, standards, procedures and applicable practices.

Administer and ensure effective and efficient implementation of HRM policies, prescripts, approval of PERSAL transactions with regards to Personnel provisioning, Personnel and Salary administration. Supervise Administration Clerks to ensure effective functioning of the Human Resource Section, Administer and ensure effective and efficient implementation to appointments,
