Requirements

National Senior Certificate/NQF level 4 with no experience. Knowledge of government policies and prescripts, recruitment and selection process, conditions of service and employee benefits, personnel administration, electronic HR systems, records and document management and performance management. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Good interpersonal relationships and ability work in a team. Computer literate and time management.

Duties

Administer the recruitment, selection and appointments. Receive and verify applications for compliance with advertisement requirements. Maintain and update recruitment master lists and vacancy tracking systems. Prepare documents and provide secretariat support for shortlisting and interview
