Requirements

Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent). Experience: Appropriate experience in Information Management. Competencies (knowledge/skills): Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access). Understand the Ditcom process. Knowledge and experience in departmental systems, i.e. Health Information Systems, Sinjani etc.

Duties

Data Collection, Collation, Capturing & Reporting. Perform administrative role as a member of the Information Management team. Office administration (filing process, telephone and letters etc). Assist with data management quality monitoring. Interpret and analyse data trends. Participate in health information co-ordinating activities. Maintain data retrieval efficiency.
