Requirements

An appropriate Degree (NQF Level 7) in Organisational Development and/or business administration with an OD focus. 3-4 years’ experience in OD environment. Certificate in business process mapping, JE initial and Follow-up training certificate and JE Panel certificate. Knowledge of setting of norms and standards, knowledge of the department, cost benefit analysis, hr practice, compilation of job descriptions, relevant legislations and policies, general office administration practice, PERSAL, job evaluation processes, compensate system, working knowledge of Org- Plus/ Visio, Structure Costing Models and BPM & SOP Techniques. Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license.

Duties

To develop & maintain the organogram/s; analyse the current departmental organogram, identify the needs/gaps to inform review/redesign of the departmental organogram, conduct research proposal of organogram to ensure alignment to the approved specific sector generic or where applicable, consult with the relevant stakeholders / role players to source inputs/buy-in, compile the proposed organogram and provide timeous feedback to relevant stakeholders, finalize and submit to source concurrence, partake in ensuring proper implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the approved structure.
