Requirements

An appropriate 3-year National Diploma/B-Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies, Statistics, Social Sciences, Project Management, Data Analytics, Public Administration or a related field. A minimum of 3 years' experience in monitoring and evaluation, reporting, research, project management, or data verification and analysis. Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Apply M&E legislation, frameworks, guidelines, policies and directives; understand the mobility and transport sector; use information systems that support the management of performance information; manage projects and adhere strictly to deadlines; implement operational management practices; manage modern systems of governance and administration; manage public service reporting procedures, processes and systems; understand regional and local political, economic and social affairs impacting on the provincial g

Duties

Performance Monitoring & Reporting (i.e. QPR, eQPRS, AR); Future performance planning (i.e. SP, APP, AOP); Assist with Departmental performance evaluations; Operational Administrative Support.
