Requirements
Recognised NQF 6 qualification in Public Administration, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Social Science or related field. Three to four years' relevant transformation programme experience, including two years at senior practitioner level or equivalent. Knowledge of Public Service prescripts and gender, equality, disability and diversity legislation/frameworks. Project planning, interpersonal, communication, computer, people management, analytical and business writing skills. Valid driver's licence, with exemption for disabilities preventing driving.
Duties
Coordinate gender and diversity policy implementation; compile mandatory plans and reports. Attend coordinating forums, prepare presentations and provide forum logistical and secretariat support. Coordinate gender equality, women's empowerment, diversity and inclusion advocacy, awareness, capacity-building and outreach programmes. Monitor Women's and Men's Fora activities. Support onboarding of employees with disabilities and advise on reasonable accommodation and assistive devices; maintain registers. Plan, implement, monitor and evaluate special projects aligned with the national calendar.
