Requirements

Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification). Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Registry duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data and operate computer; Legislative framework governing the Public Service; Storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment; Understanding of the working registry. Skills in the following: Computer literacy; Planning and organising; Good communication (written and verbal); Flexibility and Teamwork.

Duties

Provide registry counter services; Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence; Render an effective filling and record management service; Operate office machines in relations to the registry function; Process documents for archiving disposal.
